If you are feeling overwhelmed by innovation – an Innovation Strategy is exactly what you need!

A robust Innovation Strategy helps us to de-risk the unknown and ensure that only opportunities which align with organisational goals are given time and resources. It also provides the blueprint for internal and external stakeholder engagement.

This intimate one-day workshop explores why an innovation strategy is essential for business growth and development, what the key features of a successful strategy are and how to encourage buy-in and motivation from internal and external stakeholders to deliver it.

Participants gain an insight into what it takes to achieve sustainable innovation. You will re-discover your organisation’s real purpose (beyond its vision and mission statements) and how to align this purpose with your future innovation goals. You’ll explore the different levels of innovation, from incremental through to disruptive innovation, and how to tailor a portfolio that is optimised to your organisation.

Kept deliberately small, this workshop is both informative and hands-on, with plenty of time to reflect, discuss and compare notes with your innovation peers. Participants will also receive high quality printed materials as well as access to online tools, post workshop.

This workshop tells the tale of where we want to go, why to do it and how we do it.
— Giovanni Abelardo - The Ascott

Key features of the workshop include:

Well organised, clearly delivered, all encompassing and valuable to what we are currently doing. The course was very interesting and had clear activities and outcomes.
— Bronwyn Sharples, TasWater
