Learn how to cheaply prototype, test your ideas and rapidly accelerate your innovation journey.

Failure has recently had a renaissance, with phrases like “Failure is learning” and “Fail Fast, Learn Fast” quickly becoming clichés and even scapegoats for haphazard business activity.

The problem with ‘celebrating’ failure is that we’re not biologically wired to like failing. When we fail it sends negative chemicals to our brains, whereas when we win, positive endorphins rush through us.

It makes sense then that many businesses will avoid the risk of failure.

However, by delving into the designers toolkit, businesses can simply and cheaply prototype and test their ideas, and accelerate their innovation activities whilst minimising risk.

This is an empowering and immersive workshop led by Andrew Jones, founder of award-winning Innovation and Design Thinking training firm G2 Innovation, alongside of local manufacturers who are actively applying design-led experimentation in their businesses.

Hear how these manufacturers have implemented an experimental mindset and are reaping the rewards through diversification, growth and innovation. Then, roll up your sleeves and actively participate in a range of rapid prototyping exercises.
