Today’s consumer has changed along with the landscape in which we market. In the past a customer would walk in to a store and speak with a sales person to get information before making a purchase. Today consumers have multiple channels to explore and on average need to hit ten touchpoints before they will make a brand-based purchase.

The truth is, the consumer and the market place are in a constant state of evolution. One thing that remains constant is the human at the centre – the customer. So, it stands to reason that human-centred design principles will hold true, in fact, in their very design they will evolve with the human at the centre.
