Andrew Jones
Andrew Jones is a seasoned innovator and transformation strategist, and co-founder of G2 innovation. With a background in Industrial Design and a Master’s in Applied Mechatronics, he’s helped some of the world’s biggest brands - like Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, and Scholl - embed agility, customer-centricity, and adaptive leadership into their DNA. Known for his thought-provoking workshops and practical, no-nonsense approach, Andrew believes real change comes from cultures built on trust, curiosity, and experimentation, not rigid systems.
What sets Andrew apart is his infectious energy and genuine passion for helping others grow. Whether he’s drawing on childhood memories of tinkering with bikes or sharing insights on embracing failure, he brings both rigour and a sense of fun to his work. Andrew’s style is equal parts challenger and coach: he makes the complex simple, champions honest conversations, and leaves leaders better equipped, and more confident, to navigate transformation in a messy, fast-changing world.
Siân Jones
Siân Jones is a dynamic and empathetic leadership and change consultant. With two decades of experience spanning leadership roles in consulting, talent acquisition, marketing and general management, she brings deep insight into building vibrant, high‑performing teams in complex environments. An accredited coach and seasoned facilitator, Siân has delivered leadership and change programs for well known brands like Wesfarmers, Bunnings and the NRMA. She believes exceptional leadership isn’t about having all the answers - it’s about asking the right questions and building environments where people can do their best work.
What makes working with Siân both powerful and refreshing is her warmth, authenticity, and creative spark. She combines real presence with curiosity, and storytelling with a deep understanding of human behaviour, creating safe spaces for people to learn, be challenged, reflect and grow.
