The Challenge
Apiam’s leadership saw a clear opportunity: to bring their network of veterinary leaders along on the AI journey and strengthen their capability to empower others and serve their clients. The goal was not just awareness, but real buy-in. They wanted their leaders to feel more confident with technology, more capable of leading change, and more connected to each other.
Our Approach
We opened the conference with a keynote exploring what AI really means for the future of client engagement. We talked openly about the discomfort many feel around AI and shared the stages of acceptance, from initial resistance through to advocacy. This helped normalise where people were and gently nudged them toward experimentation, backed by relevant data.
